We accept returns on all unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions

For safety and quality reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned, including soils, amendments, or plant additives.

Damaged / Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing
